Behind PCI are founders who have been closely connected to the international skilled professional landscape for more than ten years. As pioneers in international recruitment, particularly in nursing, they helped shape new approaches to recruiting and supporting international professionals in Germany and set new standards – including through the development of the "Fair Recruitment Healthcare Germany" quality seal.
This experience has shown us how differently international professional mobility can be perceived depending on the perspective. With PCI, we have therefore consciously changed our point of view and put skilled professionals and their entire career journey at the center.
Our focus is on the skilled professionals themselves.

Our Journey Began with Filipino Nurses
Our first Signature Platform grew out of our long-standing connection with the Philippine nursing community.
For many years, we have supported Filipino nurses on international career paths. This led to the decision to listen even more systematically and, together with nurses and their communities, develop a new technology-enabled approach.
COLPUNO – Empowering Filipino Nurses.
COLPUNO is a digital Career Hub that brings PCI’s principles to life for Filipino nurses and can support them through different stages of their professional development – in the Philippines, along international career paths and beyond.
National and international Philippine focus groups support this development with their experience and input.
COLPUNO is and will remain free for nursing professionals.
The experience gained from this collaboration also provides an important foundation for further developing PCI’s approach together with other communities in the healthcare sector.
